Access to justice

Justice remains out of reach for many Caribbean citizens, particularly the poor and vulnerable. Colonial-era laws, prolonged detention, and under-resourced legal systems continue to fuel inequality.

CCHR’s Approach

We advocate for stronger child protection laws and partner with shelters and educators to support at-risk youth. Our legal aid services help families secure documentation and protection orders.
